Michele Evans
Founder & CEO
Michele Evans is founder and CEO of NxtWaves, a consultancy focused on advising senior leaders on AI strategy, adoption, fluency and implementation. She helps CEOs and their teams drive organizational change that unlocks measurable ROI and builds future-ready organizations. She advises senior leaders and boards on how to navigate AI transformation with clarity, strategy, and measurable impact. She has trained over 1,000 executives on AI fluency and strategy, advised dozens of CEOs, and supported organizations including P&G, AbbVie, CDW, and the Schultz Family Foundation. As an executive coach, Michele also works closely with technology executives at leading global companies such as Apple, Microsoft, Meta, and Google on both AI and leadership development.
Before founding NxtWaves, Michele spent over two decades as a human resources executive specializing in organizational growth, leadership development, compensation, and large-scale transformation. Her global career has taken her to more than 70 countries, informing her inclusive, strategic perspective on leadership and organizational change.
At Meta, Michele served as the Head of HR for the Global Sales organization, supporting a period of unprecedented expansion, growing the organization by 300% and helping build the $100 billion advertising business.
At Microsoft, Michele held several senior HR leadership roles, including leading executive compensation and serving in the Office of the COO, where she ran HR programs and analytics for half of the company.
Today, Michele combines her deep HR background with her expertise in AI adoption to help leaders and their teams adapt, innovate, and scale. She is known for her pragmatic approach, strategic clarity, and ability to work alongside senior executives as a trusted thought partner. Michele resides in East Hampton, New York.
